Red Granite — the company that produced DiCaprio's movie The Wolf of Wall Street — was co-founded by Riza Aziz, the stepson of Malaysian prime minister Najib Razak, and reportedly received illicit financing from the 1Malaysia Development Berhad fund (also known as 1MDB fund). The fund was initially created for the purposes of economic development, but now allegedly has a hand in less noble dealings. In addition to the art, the U.S. government previously sought civil forfeiture of "any rights to profits, royalties, and distribution proceeds" related to The Wolf of Wall Street. But how is Leo directly involved? Malaysian financier, art collector, and associate of DiCaprio's, Jho Low, had influence over the corrupt 1MDB fund and has been the subject of investigation for misuse of money before. The government has reason to believe that DiCaprio's Picasso painting, Nature morte au crâne de taureau, was a gift from Low. In a statement, DiCaprio's spokesperson explains: However, the claim that the painting was received for charitable purposes conflicts with the note attached to the painting that read, "Dear Leonardo DiCaprio: Happy belated Birthday! The Basquiat painting, Redman One, was reportedly bought from the Helly Nahmad gallery in New York in March 2013 with funds controlled by an entity known as Tanore, also believed to have been controlled by Low. | The US falls farther down supercomputer rankings than it’s been in over 20 years Posted: 19 Jun 2017 08:13 PM PDT 
The United States is competing with China on so many fronts it's impossible to name them all, but one of the most visible rivalries between the two countries is based on computing power. In the newest TOP500 ranking of the world's most powerful supercomputers, the United States is very clearly falling behind, and is currently lower on the list than it's been since 1996.
The list, which is released twice a year, determines rankings based on overall computing power. The top two machines are both well-known powerhouses from China — the Sunway TaihuaLight capable of 93 petaflops, and the Tianhe-2, capable of 33.9 petaflops — and in the previous TOP500 rankings, the US slid into with a third place with the Department of Energy's "Titan" computer and its 17.6 petaflops. Unfortunately, this time around the Titan was outmatched by a newly-upgraded machine at the Swiss National Supercomputing Centre. That computer, the Piz Daint, got a huge boost from its previous 9.8 petaflop mark to a much more impressive 19.6 petaflops. This means that, in fourth place, the United States now has no computer in the top three spots for the first time in over 20 years. This all might sound pretty dire for the US, but that could change rather rapidly. The US Department of Energy is planning the installation of an all-new IBM machine called Summit, which will be capable of a whopping 200 petaflops. The computer is slated to be ready to roll sometime early next year, at which point the US will likely regain the top spot.

Iran said the three people detained were fishermen. The Saudi statement came three days after it said the incident occurred in the Marjan oil field, and two days after Iran accused the Saudis of shooting one of its fishermen in the Gulf waters which divide their two countries.
